First of all what example do you set for your child if you do not have love for yourself? Second of all, that baby isn't supposed to fill any gap you feel in your life. Third of all, people who don't have baby's still accomplish things in their lives: that depends on what you feel an accomplishment is. In your case I would say you have accomplished a great deal if you learn to love yourself. Fourth of all: I think being 18 and 15 years old is very young to become a parent.
